Delivery time and shipping costs

When you place an order, we will notify you by e-mail. However, please allow for a processing time of 5- 7 working days. U you can track your order at my account or, if you made a purchase as a guest. via the link in the e -mail we sent you about the purchase. An indication of the delivery time is given on the product page. Should we not meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices listed do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are:

  Shipping is free from EUR 50, and only for non-reduced items.
• Delivery within EU, 5- 7 working days - EUR 10.99 (flat rate)
  Free shipping from 50 EUR, and only for non-discounted items.
• Delivery United Kingdom, 5- 7 working days - EUR 13.99 (flat rate)
  Free shipping from 50 EUR, and only for non-discounted items.
• Delivery United States, 5- 10 working days - EUR 24.99 (flat rate)
