No, we are a webshop and you can only order from us online (now).
No, the address indicated here is not a visiting address.
The order is always sent without an invoice. The recipient only knows who the parcel is from, unless a card with name is added.
Our personalised products are shipped within 2-4 working days.
Send an e-mail to info@a-resose.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. Damages to a received parcel, can be reported within a maximum of 5 working days.
We will do our best to avoid delays, if it does occur we will contact you by e-mail for a new delivery date.
