Is A-Resose a physical shop?
No, we are a webshop and you can only order from us online (now).

Does A-Resose have a visiting address?
No, the address indicated here is not a visiting address.

Can you be reached by phone?
We can be reached by phone between 13:00- 17:00.

When will I receive my order?
We will do our utmost to process this as soon as possible, however, please allow for a delivery time of about 5- 7 working days.

Why is the delivery time taking so long?
We design and embroider our clothes ourselves and production starts only upon final order.

Why did I not receive a confirmation e-mail?
The e-mail may have ended up in your spam or no correct e-mail was entered. Please contact us about this.

Can the order be delayed?
We will do our best to avoid delays, if it does occur we will contact you by e-mail for a new delivery date.

Are the embroidery designs meant to withstand washing?
Yes, we use yarn from the Madeira polyneon brand. The properties of the yarn have an intense brightness that persists even after frequent washing. The yarn is made of 100% polyester, washable up to 95 degrees and suitable for tumble drying at low temperatures.
