Warranty and complaints

Warranty

Our products undergo stringent quality control, so that you receive them in the best condition and can use them. We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens that gives you a warranty claim. If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is in any case within 14 days. Under circumstances, a period longer than 14 days may also be acceptable. Please contact us for further questions.

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing to info@a-resose.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. For EU consumers, it is also possible to file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
